Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
GENERAL
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO post the finished piece on social media and use in portfolio, & refuse any commission for any reason.
Commissioner is responsible for giving all the details of what they want (reference pictures, poses, expressions, accessories, etc).1. PAYMENT:
1.1. I accept payment upfront.
1.2. Payment plan is undesirable, although i am open to discuss deadlines and commitments for the comfort of both parties, or 50/50 payment.
1.3. Major changes at an advanced stage may result in extra fee. The fee consists of the complexity of changes and, as a result, time spent on those changes (e. g. 7€/hour)
1.4. No refunds. Only exception is if the work on a commission hasn't started. In that case, i undertake to return the full payment.
1.5. I do NOT take extra fee for a complicated character. However, I reserve the right to ask for extra, if the expected time allotted for the work increases significantly (hour or more) due to the complexity and detail of the character. Which is not usually the case.
1.6 "Rushed" commissions are discussable and add 50% of the original price. If you need your commission rushed or done in a very specific time frame, please let me know at the very beginning.
1.7. Backgrounds are 0€ for no background or plain colour, nature backgrounds are 10-50€, others are discussable depending on my skill.2. DO'S AND DON'T'S:
2.1. WON'T DO: explicit NSFW, offensive artwork, NFTs, AI related works, fetish art
2.2. WILL DO: OCs, fanart, humans, ponies, furries, blood, gore, nudity, suggestive themes3. USE:
3.1. MY ARTWORK MAY NOT be turned and sold as NFTs or used for AI training!
3.2. Commissioner may use the artwork in ANY way for personal use (with credit when used for icons, banners, etc). Commercial uses (prints, merch, stickers, streaming, etc) will be charged for double the price.4. COMPLETION NOTE:
Completion time may vary due queue or force majeure events. If something happens, i will inform commissioner about the delay.5. ABOUT THE PROCESS
✦ Contact me, adding references and requests.
✦ Rough sketch — I play with the ideas and do a rough sketch, waiting for approval.
✦ Feedback — this is where commissioner gives me feedback and/or make changes.
✦ Line art & colours — I'm making sure commissioner likes the outcome
✦ Feedback — self explanatory, the same as preceding step.
✦ Rendering final piece.
Minor revisions are included at no additional cost.6. COMMUNICATION
